Standard Delivery: Shipping and handling charges are
additional to catalog product prices and are based on your
merchandise total per shipping address. Sorry, we cannot ship to
APO and FPO addresses or foreign countries. For standard shipments,
please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.

These times apply to the date that your order is SHIPPED, not the
date that your order is PLACED. All orders are shipped from
Savannah, Georgia and transit times on map reflect this.
UPS requires complete and correct street addresses and zip codes
for delivery. We are unable to guarantee lost or spoiled shipments
in which you have provided us with inaccurate addresses. You will be
responsible for any additional shipping charges due to incorrect
addresses.
Due to extreme temperatures, perishable products may only be sent
October through April.
Because of the number of days for
delivery, we strongly recommend that expedited shipping services be
used on shipments being sent to the Mid West and West Coast states.
Expedited Shipping: If you wish to ensure arrival of your
shipment by a certain day, we recommend shipping your order via
expedited shipping including 3rd Day Delivery, 2nd Day Delivery and
Next Day Delivery.
Holiday Delivery Dates: In order to guarantee delivery of
your holiday orders, please have your orders placed by the following
dates:
- Thanksgiving—November 14th
- Christmas—December 15th
- Valentines Day—February 6th
- Easter—March 23
Expedited delivery available if after these dates. See

Gift Cards: We will gladly enclose any personal, business
or greeting card with your order. Otherwise, please indicate your
greeting in the space provided on the on-line order form.

Substitutions: In the unlikely event that we are out of
stock on an item you have ordered, we reserve the right to
substitute items of equal or greater value from our gift items if
necessary.
State Sales Tax: Georgia and Florida state tax law
requires payment of tax on all shipments to Georgia and Florida
recipients. 6% of merchandise value is added to Georgia and Florida
shipments.
